Goring beach came highly recommended by friends as being great for us doggies.
The tide was out, exposing lots of lovely soft sand for us to chase our ball on.
And we found ourselves some hurdles to practice our jumping!

2015-03-12 Lindfield
Just our usual route march around Lindfield today, enjoying the last of the spring crocuses at the park in Hickmans Lane.
No mention of Lindfield would be complete without reference to the beautiful pond.
Mummy didn't trust us to behave with our leads off in front of the pond, so there is no photo of us by the pond. We get a little distracted by all the ducks. Our gundog instincts kick in and we want to hunt and flush them.

2015-03-07 Cuckmere Haven
Cuckmere Haven is set within the Seven Sisters Country Park and is the estuary where the River Cuckmere meets the English Channel.
As a child, Mum's brother used go canoeing here with the Scouts.
It was rather more busy today, with lots of Japanese tourists!
We walked from the Visitor's Centre, following the river down to the beach at the base of the Seven Sisters.

2015-03-01 Brighton Beach
Mum was getting a bit fed up with us constantly getting caked in mud, so she wanted a mud free walk today.
So we visited Mum's home town of Brighton with its famous pebble beach.
Although Mum timed it so we were there at low tide, the sea was still rather rough, so we were only allowed a little splash.

2015-02-22 Ardingly Reservoir to Balcombe Viaduct Walk
Balcombe Viaduct, also known as Ouse Valley Viaduct, has 37 amazing arches that make for stunning photos.
Unfortunately, due to a prolonged period of heavy rain, we were filthy muddy by the time we got the Viaduct.
So Mum has promised to take us again another day when the ground is drier.

2015-02-14 Littlehampton Beach
Sad circumstances brought us to Littlehampton beach. A 5 month old puppy springer called Pip had got lost on the beach earlier in the week, so Mum took us down there to see if we could help find her.
We spent several hours walking round Mewsbrook Park, looking under hedges and in undergrowth in case Pip had been injured and gone to ground.
We discovered later that day that sadly little Pip's body had been washed up on a beach several miles from where she went missing.
We were very sad to hear that news, but we did get to have lots of fun on the beach, splashing around in the waves.

2015-02-08 Chailey Windmill
Another windmill inspired walk.
There is acres of ground behind Chailey windmill to explore. And a small pond and stream to jump into, although Mum didn't let us as it was too cold.
But Mum will take us back when it's warmer for a splash!

2014-12-28 Halnaker Windmill
Inspired by a painting of the beautiful tree arch at Halnaker and Mum's friend's love of windmills, we travelled over to West Sussex to track it down.
We were slightly too late in the year (December) to get the full effect of tree arch, so Mum has promised to return next Autumn to try and get a better picture of the arch.
But the windmill was stunning.

About Toffee
Hello. I'm Toffee and I'm Deefa's daughter.
I love tennis balls and will do anything to get rewarded with one.
I have appeared on TV twice!
I was a competitor on Sport Relief's Top Dog in 2014.
And to help promote Top Dog, I was asked to go on BBC One's The One Show where I met the legendary Jerry Springer and got to fetch a can of beer!
You can see me in action on The One Show here: Top Dog on The One Show
And our Top Dog preview is here: Top Dog Trailer (but don't blink or you'll miss me)

About Deefa
Hello. I'm Deefa and I was Mum's first ever dog, so I have had to be very tolerant and patient in teaching her what us dogs are like.
I love meeting new people. I have perfected the 'aren't I gorgeous' look and know exactly how to wiggle my bum to make sure I get lots of fuss and cuddles!
Here I am at 6 weeks when I picked Mum:
And here I am more recently thinking "oh, you've got that blooming camera out again."
And here I am in Agility action with Mum at the Wellingborough show in 2014
